Our warranty coverage:

The warranty period is within 12 months of receipt of the product from Star Power.
This warranty includes: quality defects found after receiving the product without use
Star Power will, at its option, repair or replace defective products.

What our warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or accident, and man-made damage.
