Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order within 7 business days from the date of your order, we strive to provide you with the best service (US only) 

Processing

We usually take 1-2 business days to process your order (if all items are available). Note that this does not include holidays and weekends. 

Ddelivery time

We use Fedex and UPS for delivery.

StarPower warehouses are located in PA, TX, CA and other areas, and will select the nearest warehouse for delivery according to your address.

Free Shipping: Contiguous continental states of the United States of America, including 48 states, and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

This item cannot be shipped to the following locations: APO/FPO, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, United States, Alaska, Hawaii
