Cancel the order
Dear friends, if the order is cancelled before the order is shipped, the cancelled order will receive a full refund. For cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, a Return Material Authorization needs to be issued whether or not the customer has received the order.

The item I received is damaged!

If the product has quality problems and you are not satisfied with StarPower, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping costs due to product quality are fully borne by StarPower.
